Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
We accept both appointments and walk-ins. While appointments are recommended during peak hours (evenings and weekends) to guarantee your preferred time slot, we welcome walk-in customers and will accommodate you as quickly as possible. Most of our UV tanning beds and spray tan booths have availability throughout the day, especially during weekday mornings and early afternoons.
How far in advance should I book my tanning appointment?
For UV tanning beds, we typically recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, though we often have same-day availability. For spray tanning services, we suggest booking 2-3 days ahead, especially before special events or weekends. If you have a specific event or deadline, booking a week in advance ensures you get your preferred date and time. However, if you need a last-minute session, call us to check current availability as we can often accommodate urgent requests.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that schedules change. We simply ask that you contact us at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer that time slot to other customers who may be waiting. You can call, email, or use our online contact form to make changes. There are no cancellation fees as long as you provide adequate notice. For last-minute emergencies, please call us as soon as possible so we can work with you to find an alternative time.
How long should I plan for my tanning session?
UV tanning sessions vary based on your skin type and tanning goals, typically ranging from 5-20 minutes of actual tanning time. Plan for approximately 30 minutes total including check-in, preparation, and post-session time. Spray tan appointments typically take 20-30 minutes including consultation, application, and drying time. For your first visit, allow an extra 15 minutes for completing necessary paperwork and receiving a brief orientation about our facility and safety protocols. We’ll provide detailed timing information when you book your appointment.
What should I bring to my first tanning appointment?
For your first visit, bring a valid photo ID and arrive about 10 minutes early to complete our brief intake form. For UV tanning, we provide everything you need including protective eyewear, though you’re welcome to bring your own FDA-compliant goggles. For spray tanning, wear loose, dark clothing and avoid wearing makeup, deodorant, or perfume. We provide protective hair covers and foot covers. If you have sensitive skin, you may want to bring your preferred moisturizer to apply after your session. Payment can be made with cash, credit card, or debit card.
Can I book appointments for multiple people or group sessions?
Absolutely! We love accommodating groups for special occasions like weddings, proms, or girls’ day out. When booking for multiple people, please call us directly so we can coordinate multiple tanning beds or spray tan booths to ensure your group is served efficiently. For parties of four or more, we recommend calling at least a week in advance. We can often schedule back-to-back appointments so your group can tan together while maintaining privacy in individual rooms. Group bookings may qualify for special package pricing, so be sure to ask about our current group discounts and party packages.
Do you offer online booking or appointment scheduling?
While we don’t currently have an online booking system, we make scheduling incredibly easy through phone or email.
